“Client” means a user seeking to hire or consult with coding professionals.

“Expert” means a registered user providing professional coding, development, or consultation services.

“Services” means all features, tools, and functionalities provided by On Demand Coder.
2. Eligibility
To use this Platform, you must:

Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

Have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Account Registration

Users must create an account to access certain services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to secure your account.
4. Use of the Platform

Post, share, or transmit harmful, misleading, or offensive content.

5. Expert Services

Experts must provide accurate profile details, including skills, experience, and rates.

Clients are solely responsible for selecting and engaging with Experts.

On Demand Coder does not guarantee any specific outcome or result from Expert services.

All engagements and deliverables are the responsibility of the Client and the Expert.
6. Payments and Subscriptions

Payments are securely processed via Stripe or other third-party payment gateways.

By subscribing or making a payment, you authorize On Demand Coder to charge your selected payment method.

All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated.

Refunds, if applicable, are subject to our Refund Policy.
On Demand Coder does not store your credit/debit card details.
7. Platform Fees

Experts may be charged service fees or commission for using the Platform.

Fee structures are communicated clearly before any transaction.

We reserve the right to modify fees with prior notice.
8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Clients may cancel a service before the work begins, subject to the Expert’s agreement.

Once the project or consultation has started, refunds are generally not issued.

Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials on On Demand Coder (including logos, text, graphics, and code) are owned by us or our licensors.

You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

Experts retain rights to their own code or deliverables unless explicitly transferred to the Client via contract.
10. User-Generated Content

Users may post content such as profiles, reviews, or project details.

By submitting content, you grant On Demand Coder a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display and use it for Platform purposes.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you post.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

On Demand Coder is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Platform.

We do not guarantee that the Platform will always be available, secure, or error-free.

We are not responsible for any disputes between Clients and Experts.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless On Demand Coder, its employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of:

Your use of the Platform;

Violation of these Terms;

Infringement of any third-party rights.
13. Privacy Policy
Your use of our Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
14. Termination
We reserve the right to:

Suspend or terminate any account at any time for violating these Terms;

Restrict access to parts or all of the Platform;

Delete data or content associated with a terminated account as per legal requirements.
15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

In case of unresolved disputes, jurisdiction shall lie with the courts of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
